The role of the Electric Motor Winding Assembler is to manufacture high‑quality stator winding assemblies for use in a wide variety of high‑performance motors and generators.

• Coil wind, insulate, insert, form, in‑process inspect, clean and test stator assemblies according to specifications and schematics.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

• 3+ years of proven experience in electric stator/motor winding
• Ability to read and comprehend assembly drawings and detailed instructions as outlined on production work orders.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding of schematics
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies
• Ability to use hand tools, and mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Bend or stoop repeatedly or continually over time
• Remain in a standing position for extended periods of time.
• Lifting objects up to 50 pounds may be required.
• Make fine, highly controlled muscular movements to adjust the position of a control mechanism (i.e., operating dials or pedals)
• Coordinate the movement of more than one limb simultaneously (i.e., operating the milling table vertically and horizontally)
• Flexible work schedule. Available as determined by changes in customer demand, to adjust shift start/end times and work overtime as necessary.

$20 - $25 per hour
