On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Coordinator to support our client remotely. This role ensures smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and excellent tenant relations. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and skilled in administrative and operational tasks related to property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease & Tenant Management
    • Draft, review, and execute new lease agreements.
    • Process tenant applications and verify that all documentation is complete.
    • Verify tenant utilities and track renters' insurance compliance.
    • Monitor and manage tenant delinquencies, coordinating with finance or collections as needed.
  • Property Operations & Compliance
    • Review unit inspections and follow up on required maintenance or repairs.
    • Prepare rental comparable and market analysis reports.
    • Manage and maintain current business licenses, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Ad Hoc & Administrative Support
    • Assist with special projects or requests from management.
    • Generate reports, maintain files, and support general administrative needs.
    • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, or other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in property management, tenant management, real estate administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with property management software (App Folio experience a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Knowledge of leasing, tenant relations, and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.

Working Hours

Full-Time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m Pacific Time

Pay

$800 + 55 allowance per month
