Perform preventive maintenance on rubber manufacturing equipment, including extruders, mills, mixers, calenders, and curing presses.;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in production equipment.;
Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests to minimize production delays.;
Assist with equipment changeovers, installations, and upgrades.;
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and records using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
