Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations, including de-escalation and notifying leadership/law enforcement;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, common areas, back-of-house corridors, loading dock areas, and the exterior perimeter;
Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas for unusual activity, help manage customer flow during peak periods, and assist with access control for restricted areas;
Document observations, incidents, and daily activities in logs and reports, and communicate timely updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
