Pay
: $17.00 – $17.75 (based on experience) + 8% shift premium.

Shift Hours
: 12:00 am – 8:00 am.

• Perform routine duties to operate various plastic molding/assembly machines producing a wide variety of molded parts.
• Visually scan for manufacturing defects, trim, sort, assemble, weigh/count and package parts.
• Make up boxes, record, verify production labels and operate grinder.
• Work from verbal and posted written instructions at the press.
• Maintain work area in neat and orderly manner.
• Housekeeping; maintaining the cleanliness and safety requirements.
• Report on defective material and equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining quality and quantity standards.
• Follow the GMP rules, safety rules and wear required protective clothing or items.

  • Continue to grow job‑specific knowledge and use tools to identify and assist with continuous improvement.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Regular, predictable on‑site attendance is an essential function of the job.

• Usually stand/walk most of the work day.
• Occasionally sit, stoop, kneel and crouch.
• Occasionally lift, push, pull up to 30‑50 pounds.
• Use of specific vision abilities normally required by this job, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Infrequent use of finger/hand movements and keyboarding.

• High School diploma or GED certificate preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Basic math proficiency.
