Pay
: $17.00 – $17.75 (based on experience) + 8% shift premium.
Shift Hours
: 12:00 am – 8:00 am.
- Perform routine duties to operate various plastic molding/assembly machines producing a wide variety of molded parts.
- Visually scan for manufacturing defects, trim, sort, assemble, weigh/count and package parts.
- Make up boxes, record, verify production labels and operate grinder.
- Work from verbal and posted written instructions at the press.
- Maintain work area in neat and orderly manner.
- Housekeeping; maintaining the cleanliness and safety requirements.
- Report on defective material and equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining quality and quantity standards.
- Follow the GMP rules, safety rules and wear required protective clothing or items.

- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that ensures good relations with customers, clients, co‑workers and management.
- Continue to grow job‑specific knowledge and use tools to identify and assist with continuous improvement.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Regular, predictable on‑site attendance is an essential function of the job.

- Usually stand/walk most of the work day.
- Occasionally sit, stoop, kneel and crouch.
- Occasionally lift, push, pull up to 30‑50 pounds.
- Use of specific vision abilities normally required by this job, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Infrequent use of finger/hand movements and keyboarding.
- High School diploma or GED certificate preferred.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Basic math proficiency.

- Hoffer Plastics matches $0.50 per $1.00 dollar contributed each payroll period up to 6% plus a Safe Harbor contribution of an amount equal to 3% of employee's annual eligible earnings.
