Your day-to-day as a Home Health LPN

As a LPN with Inspired Homecare, you can expect a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and providing education to patients and their families. With flexible scheduling based on patient discharge and the need for care, you ll have the freedom to create a work schedule that fits your lifestyle.

To excel in the role of a Home Health LPN at Inspired Homecare, you ll need a unique set of skills. Previous experience in Home Health is preferred, along with proficiency in using EMR systems like HCHB. A current IL Nursing License is a must, along with a valid driver s license and insurance. CPR certification is required to ensure you can handle any situation that arises.

Since you ll be traveling to multiple locations in one day, having strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to different environments quickly is essential. If you re a dedicated LPN with a passion for delivering top-notch care, we want you on our team!

• Previous experience working in Home Health Preferred
• Experience using EMR system Wellsky Kinnser
• Current IL Nursing License
• Driver s License with valid insurance
• CPR Certified
• Ability to travel to multiple locations in one day
