Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness. Advocates of both in-store and digital services and solutions who are knowledgeable about capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage and ultimately guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.

As a Guest Advocate, No Two Days Are Ever The Same, But a Typical Day Will Most Likely Include The Following Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when assistance is needed
- Make the guest aware of current promos, store activities and events
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store and specific to your area
- Assist with Target Loyalty programs and enrollment as needed
- Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- Explain and demonstrate features of the Target App, Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering
- Handle returns following register prompts; partner with Leaders as needed while following policies
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage merchandise during store hours
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work safely; report hazards and correct where possible
- Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders and returns with compliance to relevant laws
- All other duties based on business needs
