Class A Driver – Ajax Turner Company, Inc.

ScheduleNo Weekends! Home Each Day! Start at approximately 5 AM – until completion of route—no set off time. 40–50‑hour average work week. Again, no weekends and home each day.
Pay RangeStart at $57,680 when you come in with a Class A license. Once route trained and assigned your own route, you can earn up to a total of $71,380 in your first year on an assigned route. Yearly increases to follow.

Duties and Responsibilities- Delivering products in a safe and timely manner to all customers, following an assigned daily route. Will repetitively lift 40–50 pounds throughout the day.
- Rotate all products, stock shelves, report out of stocks, organize back stock, and relocate products as directed.
- Submitting all required paperwork, sales invoices, communication forms, and customer payments every day.
- Ensuring loads are built and loaded in truck accurately, reporting any loading errors.
- Cultivating a superior knowledge of the company's portfolio.
- Reporting vehicle maintenance issues and accidents according to company policies.
- Maintaining published product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stock.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent driving record and clean criminal history.
- Must be able to drive or learn to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Can build product displays, stock cooler shelves, stack cases, etc.
- Ability to effectively and safely operate a dolly (aka hand truck, two‑wheeler).
- Friendly, courteous, works well with others, and maintains a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours; hours might vary during different seasons.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to customer service with the ability to effectively work in a team environment.
