: BA/BS Education (preferred)

Experience Desired
:
Coaching and teaching experience desired

Physical
:
Hand-eye/ mind-eye coordination, physical dexterity, the ability to bend, stoop, walk, talk, and sit. The ability to travel between locations

Other
:
Prevention and Care of Athletic Injuries college theory course in sport coaching. High school/college participation preferred. Teaching assignment in building preferred

• Assists in the direction and coordination of interscholastic athletics.
• Works in conjunction with the Head Coach in determining athlete participation during practices and games, including playing time at the respective levels.
• Operates within the policies of the Dak XII Conference and the SDHSAA.
• Maintains a staff relationship with other coaches.
• Assists with fund-raising activities as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

A Post-offer Criminal Background Check Is Required.

Both inside and outside. Possibly subjected to extremes of cold below 32 degrees and heat above 100 degrees. Occasionally subjected to extreme noise, odors, mists, dust and poor ventilation.

Some district classrooms and work areas are not climate controlled and are subject to extremes of temperature and humidity.
