A community-based youth support organization located in South Dakota seeks a Youth Case Manager who will enhance the group care services for at-risk youth. The ideal candidate will hold at least a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences and have three years of relevant case management or group care experience. Responsibilities include managing case services, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with service providers.
Candidates with experience working with Native American populations will be preferred. Full-time availability including weekend and on-call hours is necessary.
