• Properly install shed roofs to meet required specifications in a timely manner.
• Safely move completed sheds to the next production station.
• Apply basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Use appropriate equipment to work safely on shed roofs.
• Utilize required tools, including ladders, with dexterity.
• Meet quotas and deadlines efficiently.

• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong teamwork and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional and respectful attitude toward coworkers.
• Commitment to safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Familiarity with approved methods, materials, and tools used in shed roofing.

• Work in a moderately loud, dusty, and variable temperature environment, including outdoor conditions (cold, heat, humidity).
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, climb steps, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, lift, crouch, work on ladders, talk, hear, and see.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

• Job Type: Full‑time
• Pay: $17‑$18 per hour
• Supplemental Pay: Weekly production bonus
