We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating parts, and checking electrical connections
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to determine the cause of malfunctions
• Repair or replace defective components or parts using hand tools and power tools
• Test system performance using specialized tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems
• Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and equipment repair techniques
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 an hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends (rotating on-call schedules)
