• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (two on, one off rotation)
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday

• Experience: Minimum 2 years LTC/SNF experience
• License: Active LPN license required to submit
• Certifications: BLS required
• BSN Required: No
• Charting System: Point Click Care  (PCC)
