Location: Bethany Home Brandon

Shifts Available: 8-Hour and 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 6PM - 6AM)

Schedule: Full-time, part-time, or PRN status, including every other weekend.

Starting Salary Range: $23 - $28, compensation is determined based on years of experience and any relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise CNA, CMA, Nurse Aide staff members in performing care and administering medicine.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Document resident care and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.

Assist with resident assessments and monitor changes in conditions.

Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Requirements:

Current South Dakota LPN license.

Strong clinical and assessment skills.

Ability to work 8-hour or 12-hour shifts as required.

Availability to work full-time, including every other weekend.
