We are seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) assignment in Montana. This position is covering a vacancy and offers a night-shift schedule with guaranteed hours and an ASAP start. The facility operates on a Friday–Thursday work week.

Assignment Details

• Location: Montana

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: February 2, 2026 (or sooner)

• Shift: 12-hour Night Shifts

• Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Facility Work Week: Friday – Thursday

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a SNF/LTC setting under RN supervision

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Assist with care planning and daily resident needs

• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

• Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of care overnight

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts

• Must meet all compliance and credentialing requirements

• Strong communication, clinical, and patient-care skills
