• Registered Nurses (RN): Earn up to $10,000 in retention bonuses during your first year
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN): Earn up to $4,000 in retention bonuses during your first year

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, & PRN opportunities available
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Starting Pay:
  • LPN: $25 – $30/hour
  • RN: $31.50 – $37/hour
    (Compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications)

As a Charge Nurse at Bethany Home, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care while leading and supporting your team.

• Supervise and support CNA, CMA, and Nurse Aide staff
• Administer medications and oversee daily nursing care
• Accurately document resident care using Point Click Care
• Monitor resident condition and communicate changes to the care team
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment our residents can truly call home

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
• Active South Dakota nursing license
• Current CPR certification
