The Dietary Manager is expected to manage the quality of performance for employees in the Dietary Department. Some expectations include, interviewing, disciplining, and performance reviews of employees and completion of seasonal cycle menus. Will be expected to develop and stay with parameters of the approved Dietary budget and complete inventory for Dietary department. On a daily basis the Dietary manager is expected to oversee adequate staffing and scheduling issues and ensure planning, organizing and follow through on policies and procedures throughout the department.
The Dietary Manager will also conduct monthly meeting and any all staff meetings determined by administration. Will assist Registered Dietician with clinical assessments, care plans and duties as assigned. Must complete Dietary Management Course within 2 years of hire date.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.69 - $32.27 per hour
