Location: Milbank
Quality Assurance Super Scrubbers
Functions:
- Perform general cleaning and sanitation tasks in production areas, offices, and facility common space
- Support QA staff with basic housekeeping duties to maintain food-safety standard
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with other tasks as assigned to support the QA department
- Understand and adhere to all GMPs and HACCP policies and procedures and perform all work in a manner that ensures the highest standard of food safety and quality while working in the food production environment.
- Comply with all company safety rules to achieve no injuries and no lost time accidents.
Functions:
- Clean the Wet Cooler area, including using cleaning foam, rinsing floors with water, and scraping floors when needed.
- Clean assigned drains and make sure they are done on schedule.
- Keep warehouse areas tidy by organizing materials and doing general cleaning.
- Clean floors by using the riding floor scrubber, as well as mopping, sweeping, and other basic floor-care tasks.
- Help with special projects, such as sorting and reworking WPC
80 bags, labeling products, and organizing 40-lb cheese blocks. - Empty trash cans, remove trash from rolling dumpsters, and clean up general waste as needed.
- Complete required daily and weekly cleaning tasks on time.
- Attend or complete all required safety and quality training by the deadlines.
- Follow all company safety rules to help prevent injuries and accidents.
- Follow all GMP and food-safety rules to make sure we maintain high standards for cleanliness and product quality.
