Microsoft Partner Solution Specialist - Security

• Drive partner enablement across Microsoft Security solutions and upgrades
• Support partners in driving Modern Work security SKU upgrades and Azure security adoption
• Execute security-focused go-to-market initiatives, including workshops and campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security strategy and messaging
• Assist partners in transitioning to security-led value selling and customer engagement

• 3–6+ years of experience in partner sales, sales enablement, or channel roles
• Proven experience working with Microsoft partners or Microsoft security solutions
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and Azure security services
• Ability to articulate security in business and risk-based terms
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

• Microsoft Security certifications or training experience
• Strong presentation and enablement skills
• Experience engaging both sales and technical audiences
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• High energy with a collaborative, team-first mindset
