Senior Manager - Networks; Data Center Infra

Fortek is seeking a highly experienced and strategically strong Senior Manager – Data Center Networks to lead large-scale active network deployments within Tier II–IV Data Center environments and enterprise ICT infrastructure projects. This role sits on the integrator/vendor execution side and requires deep hands‑on expertise combined with leadership capability to manage multi‑site deployments, technical teams, and SLA‑driven operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end‑to‑end network architecture implementation, commissioning, redundancy validation, vendor coordination, and ensuring uptime compliance across mission‑critical data center infrastructures. This role demands both technical authority and operational leadership in high‑availability environments.

Travel Requirement: Candidate must be willing to travel to Project/Client Sites nationwide as per business requirements.

Lead end-to-end deployment of active network infrastructure in Tier II–IV Data Centers.

Oversee implementation of Spine‑Leaf and multi-tier DC architectures.

Validate redundancy models (Active‑Active / Active‑Standby / Clustering).

Lead configuration and commissioning of core, aggregation, and access layers.

Approve technical designs and ensure alignment with project BOQs.

Supervise integration with structured cabling, racks, and power systems.

Ensure commissioning, FAT, SAT, and final client handover compliance.

Lead deployment of MPLS, SD‑WAN, enterprise WAN connectivity.
