You will be aligned with our Quality vertical and help us manage risk in service delivery to an acceptable level as defined by the client and increase awareness of and compliance with policy and process-related matters. You will be working with the quality analysis team which uses industry-standard quality tools and frameworks. In Quality Management, you will oversee all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence, including determining a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, quality control, and quality improvement.

• In this role you are required to analyze and solve moderately complex problems

• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
• May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which you reside
