Overview
The position is responsible for managing transformation projects that support the Astellas Reward and Mobility strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of Reward and Mobility market practices by leveraging insights from external market data and anticipating future trends that ensure Reward programs and policies are externally competitive, enabling Astellas talent and business to achieve established objectives.
Responsibilities- Establish new frameworks, programs, and policies to ensure our Reward and Mobility partner and operation teams can support our HR partners effectively and efficiently.
- Manage transformation projects end-to-end by holding internal stakeholders and external vendors accountable for their deliverables.
- Manage the annual and long-term transformation roadmap to ensure Astellas stays market competitive with Reward and Mobility programs and policies.
- Partner with other People Enablement partners to establish cohesive business-oriented solutions and programs.
- Develop communications, plans, and guides for all levels, including enterprise-wide ones.
- Develop complex analyses that incorporate market insights and drive business-oriented recommendations.
- Develop advanced tools to support our Reward and Mobility partner and operation teams.
- Work cross-functionally to promote a positive, high-performing, innovative and growth-oriented environment that consistently delivers results.
- Ensure effective collaboration with other People Enablement teams, as well as the People Services/HR Operations and HRBP groups.
- As needed, partner with Talent Acquisition to develop compelling total rewards offers that attract and retain top talent.
- As needed, support HRBPs and PPs on compensation-related matters with creative solutions, exceeding Reward Governance Framework guidelines.
Required
- College degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 8-10 years of Reward practice, management and transformation experience
- Expert knowledge of global compensation, executive compensation, and global mobility
- Strong project conceptualization and management skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong vendor negotiation and management skills
Preferred
- Pharmaceutical experience
- Advanced degree or equivalent
- External Reward networking experience
