Radiologic Technologists are responsible for maintaining and using diagnostic imaging equipment and supplies necessary to demonstrate portions of the human body for diagnostic and treatment purposes.

• An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or Radiologic Sciences is preferred.
• One year of CT experience is preferred.
• Post-primary certification in Computed Tomography (CT) is preferred.
• Must have certification and registration through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or be able to work towards obtaining certification.
• Certified and up to date in Basic Life Support

• Must be available to work on call, when needed, to ensure 24 hour coverage of department.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays, to ensure 24 hour coverage of department.
• Confidentiality must be maintained in working with medical and patient information.

• Physical Demands, Strength rating:
• Heavy Work - Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Prolonged periods of standing or walking are required.
• Finger Dexterity and Repetitive Motion:
• Typing/keying comprises a significant amount of work function for this position — substantial movements of the wrists, hands, or fingers.
• Substantial movements of the wrists, hands, or fingers.
• Vision and Hearing:
  Corrected vision and hearing within normal range to observe and communicate with patients and professional staff.
