  This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position will work in a variety of settings including Outpatient, SNF/LTC, Inpatient, and Home Health.

Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around.

Sisseton, SD is a beautiful community in the Coteau hills with a diverse population. Sisseton is home to a number of outdoor activities, with nearby parks and lakes that attract visitors for fishing, boating, and hiking. Additionally, there are historical sites and local museums that highlight the region’s rich Native American and settler history.
