We’re a growing company looking to add a full‑time Occupational Therapy Assistant to our therapy team in the communities of Sisseton, SD and Browns Valley, MN.

• Provide occupational therapy services across diverse settings including outpatient services, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), long‑term care (LTC) facilities, inpatient units, assisted living and independent living facilities, and home health.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of PT, OT, and SLP clinicians to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Support patient rehabilitation and assist in achieving functional goals in a variety of community settings.

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensing in South Dakota and Minnesota.
• Full‑time availability; 40 hours per week with a flexible Monday‑through‑Friday schedule.

• Monthly student loan repayment contributions starting on day one.
• 16 hours annually of paid professional development time.
