Brightside Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide evidence‑based psychiatric care via telemedicine. Our mission is to improve access to high‑quality mental health care through precision treatment, technology, and a patient‑centric approach.

• Obtain and maintain all licensure required to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws.
• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine, including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging.
• Maintain timely charting – complete chart within 48 hours of session, and support a 72‑hour messaging response window for patients.
• Execute medication management: evaluate records, make prescribing decisions and provide medication‑related counseling in a timely manner.
• Remain responsive and highly reliable to the clinical leadership team and patients.
• Utilize technology and collaborate with colleagues and psychiatrists to enhance patient outcomes.

• Active, clear APRN license and licensed Nurse Practitioner – Certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP required).
• At least 2 years of autonomous practice as a PMHNP (post‑graduate).
• Experience in an outpatient setting and with adolescent populations (strongly preferred).
• Telehealth experience and high comfort with technology.
• Licensed in four or more states (the more, the merrier).
• Minimum 8 hours of availability per week.
• Opt‑in to Medicare/Medicaid.
