• Assist in identifying emerging trends in climate policy and translating them into service offerings
• Collaborate with a multi‑national team of experts across various disciplines

• Fluency in spoken English and excellent writing skills
• Master’s degree in climate or environmental sciences, environmental economics, environmental engineering, political sciences, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of professional working experience in climate policy at the EU level
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis capabilities, including advanced knowledge of Excel
• Proven communication skills and experience in stakeholder engagement

• Fluency in a second EU language
• Ability to innovate and develop new solutions to address climate and environmental challenges
