This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.

A well-functioning campus goes unnoticed. A poorly functioning one affects everyone. This position ensures Alpha campuses operate with reliability, safety, and consistency—day in and day out.

This demands campus operations that are structured, agile, and designed for growth. This role is accountable for all non-instructional elements that enable students and Guides to excel.

As the operational foundation of the campus, you will handle parent and staff correspondence, supervise safety and security protocols, maintain smooth facility and logistical operations, and guarantee reliable technology access for students and staff. You respond when systems fail, identify risks before they grow, and establish steady order in fast-moving environments.

This is not a limited administrative position. It is a practical, high-visibility role suited for someone energized by accountability, diversity of task, and execution. • Serving as a central contact point for parents, students, and staff to maintain prompt, clear, and professional correspondence
• Directing campus safety functions including entry protocols, health events, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications
• Supervising daily campus operations including attendance processes, transport arrangements, facility upkeep, and office administration
• Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new personnel to guarantee operational preparedness from the outset
• Administering student devices and campus technology systems, functioning as the site-based Google Administrator and technical resource

• Delivering classroom lessons or providing instructional support
• Mentoring Guides or influencing curriculum design
• Functioning within a strictly clerical or tightly limited capacity
• Working in a low-tempo or entirely predictable setting
• Delegating unresolved issues to others rather than driving solutions

Sustain secure, effective, and dependable campus operations that continuously enhance the experience of students, staff, and parents.

• Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or comparable operational roles
• Proficiency with fundamental technology responsibilities including device configuration, problem resolution, and account management
• Effective written and spoken communication abilities across parents, staff, and external partners
• Capability to balance multiple priorities while sustaining precision and thoroughness
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be available to work in person in Piedmont, CA;
  Palo Alto, CA;
  Lake Forest, CA or Chicago, IL.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
