• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops for 4-7 year olds that build foundational skills in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized motivational sessions that engage children and foster a lifelong love of reading
• Reviewing student progress data to continuously improve your methods and generate actionable insights
• Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI literacy tools

• Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence materials

Cultivate a love of reading in young learners

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-written curricula
• Comfortable with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within those platforms
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
