Annual salary: $120,000 with weekly pay. Health, dental, and vision coverage begins day one. Relocation assistance provided.

Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent.

At Alpha School, you will deliver an AI‑powered reading program that reshapes early literacy education. You will facilitate brief, high‑impact workshops instead of conventional hour‑long sessions. Assess the needs of K‑2 learners, develop original evidence‑based instruction from the ground up, and contribute to building adaptive systems that extend your expertise to hundreds of students. This is for reading specialists who excel without prescriptive curricula and are eager to lead scalable literacy transformation.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops for 4‑7 year olds that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that resonate with children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading.
• Examining student performance data to continually improve your methods and identify actionable insights.
• Working with the technology team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy tools.

• Following pre‑scripted curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence frameworks.

Cultivate a passion for reading in young learners.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students.
• Competence in evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre‑written curricula.
• Comfortable working with AI/adaptive learning tools and adjusting to student behaviors within these systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
