Your role: create and execute focused reading workshops that generate documented gains in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support the nationwide expansion of that model.
This role centers on data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a literacy framework that serves thousands of learners.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
- Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns
- Working alongside engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-supported materials that help early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curriculum—academic subjects are delivered via AI-adaptive applications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
