What You Will Be Doing- Conduct adaptive reading workshops for 4‑7 year olds that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
- Create personalized motivational experiences that engage children and nurture a lifelong passion for reading.
- Evaluate student progress data to iteratively improve your methods and generate actionable insights.
- Partner with the technology team to assess and refine AI literacy tools.
- Follow pre‑scripted curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a passion for reading in young students.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor’s degree.
- Master’s degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small‑group reading interventions with early elementary students.
- Capable of assessing reading levels, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula.
- Comfortable with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student interactions within these platforms.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
