• Conduct adaptive reading workshops for 4‑7 year olds that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Create personalized motivational experiences that engage children and nurture a lifelong passion for reading.
• Evaluate student progress data to iteratively improve your methods and generate actionable insights.
• Partner with the technology team to assess and refine AI literacy tools.

• Follow pre‑scripted curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence frameworks.

Cultivate a passion for reading in young students.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small‑group reading interventions with early elementary students.
• Capable of assessing reading levels, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula.
• Comfortable with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student interactions within these platforms.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
