At Alpha, we’re not just maintaining existing systems; we’re creating something fundamentally better for students and families. You’ll assume complete ownership of both the family enrollment experience and the day‑to‑day operations that ensure campus functions effectively.

This is far from a conventional admissions position. You’ll facilitate meaningful family tours, cultivate trust with prospective parents, shepherd them through an individualized admissions process, and at the same time guarantee campus safety, compliance, and readiness for students and families.

Alpha is a K–12 independent school that transforms the way children are educated. We combine adaptive technology and skilled Guides to provide personalized mastery‑based instruction that equips students for real life, not just standardized tests. • Conducting personalized, high‑conversion family tours that communicate Alpha’s three core commitments and build confidence in our educational approach.
• Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the enrollment pipeline.
• Implementing stringent safety and child protection protocols to maintain a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
• Supervising all facilities management activities, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor liaison, and repair coordination.
• Regularly analyzing performance data to optimize processes and enhance both operational effectiveness and enrollment results.

• Being limited to a single, monotonous administrative function or isolated departmental role.
• Operating under restrictive, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
• Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles that impede substantive progress.
• Concentrating solely on documentation, removed from the students and families at the heart of your work.

Design and deliver a seamless, high‑impact admissions experience while sustaining a secure, well‑managed campus environment, allowing Alpha to expand and fulfill its commitments to families.

• Bachelor’s degree (no specific field required)
• 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
• Experience working with children/students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self‑management
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Must be available to work in person in Miami, FL;
  Piedmont, CA;
  Palo Alto, CA;
  Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
