This is an in-person position based at one of our campuses.

This is not a conventional admissions position. You won't be confined to a desk composing generic emails or buried in administrative routine. Rather, you'll conduct impactful family tours, establish trust with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a smooth, tailored admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll maintain a campus that is safe, compliant, and consistently prepared to welcome students and families with assurance.

We leverage adaptive applications and skilled Guides to provide personalized, mastery-based education that equips students for life beyond tests. In this role, you'll be the frontline representative of that mission, bringing it to life for every family who enters our doors.

• Conducting personalized, high-conversion family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational model.
• Implementing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions pipeline.
• Upholding strict safety and safeguarding standards to ensure a visibly protected environment for students and families.
• Supervising all facilities management activities, including preventative maintenance, vendor management, and repair coordination.
• Regularly evaluating data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.

• Being limited to a single, monotonous administrative function or isolated department.
• Operating under inflexible, top-down micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
• Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles that hinder meaningful impact.
• Concentrating exclusively on documentation, removed from the students and families you support.

Lead and deliver a seamless, high-impact admissions experience while sustaining a secure, high-performing campus environment, allowing Alpha to expand and fulfill its commitment to families.

• Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
• 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
• Experience working with children/students
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-direction.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be available to work in person in Miami, FL;
  Piedmont, CA;
  Palo Alto, CA;
  Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC.
