* 10 bed hospital
* 400 ED visits annually
* Mentor for 2 APPs
* Clinic, Hospital and ED coverage
* Patient rounding - 3-4 daily average Sanford will provide a provider services agreement to include compensation and paid malpractice insurance including tail coverage.
