Location:
Milbank, SD
- Salary: $300K + Bonus + call pay
- Bonus: 40% of gross charges totaling over $420K
- Sign on Bonus: $160K day 1
- Call paid: $125.00 Hr.
- CME: $5K + days
- Residency Stipend: $30K per year
- Retention bonus: 5% of annual salary
- Vacation: 6 weeks annually
- Holidays: 6 days annually
- Relocation: $12K
- Health, Dental, Life, Long-Term Disability, FICA - SS and Medicare
- 403(b), Retirement plan 5% of salary
- Malpractice and Tail
- Clinic 8am-5pm M-F
- Call rotation 1:5 - IP/ER
- No OB required “but” is an option if interested - (C-sections)
- Skilled Nursing Facility/Swing beds
- BC or BE within 1 year of employment
- NO STATE TAX - South Dakota
