Front Desk Representative

Job Description

We are looking to add a reliable Front Desk Representative to represent Spearfish Canyon Lodge and ensure that each guest has a positive experience with us!

• Providing the best customer service possible. You are the first person to welcome each guest to Spearfish Canyon Lodge and it is essential that this experience is a positive one.
• Answering inquiries regarding our location, lodging, rentals, and the Latchstring Restaurant.
• Answering all incoming phone calls in a pleasant and efficient manner.
• Making lodging and rental reservations.
• Strong ability to multi-task in a high-volume work setting.
• Must be reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ensures confidentiality, security and safety of hotel guests.
• Willing to learn our systems for lodging and rentals.
• Maintains cleanliness of Front Desk area, lobby, gift shop, and public restrooms.
• Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.
• Bartends at our Roughlock Lounge, as needed.

• $16 - $19 DOE
• Bartending Tips

Employees will receive a sign on bonus of up to $500 following 6 months of continuous employment!

• Full-time and part-time options available.

• 3pm – 11pm
• Weekends required.
