Join the State of South Dakota team as a valued seasonal leader. This role involves assisting the Park Manager at Fort Sisseton with oversight of the Visitor Center Crew and overall operation of the visitor center.

Assist the Park Manager at Fort Sisseton with oversight of the Visitor Center Crew while assisting with the overall operation of the visitor center including, but not limited to, selling park entrance licenses and merchandise at the gift shop; giving guided tours of the museum and other historic buildings; cleaning restrooms, camping cabins, and vault toilets; and managing the reservation system and campground.

Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work independently, manage time well, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Leadership skills and previous experience leading a team.
• Uniform shirt provided; must comply with uniform dress code.
• Valid driver's license required.
