Key Responsibilities
Auto Damage Appraisal
- Conduct inspections and appraisals on vehicles to assess PDR feasibility and repair costs
- Prepare accurate estimates using industry software (e.g., CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex)
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure repairs align with PDR best practices and cost-efficiency
- Assist in vendor management for PDR supplies and equipment
- Analyze regional repair data to identify trends and improve operational workflows
- Support national service coordination (e.g., scheduling, client communication)
- Contribute to compliance efforts (e.g., insurance audits, safety protocols)
- Some travel is required to inspect vehicles and support regional operations
- All travel expenses will be covered by the company
- 3+ years of auto damage appraisal experience (PDR expertise preferred)
- Proficiency in estimating software and PDR techniques
- Strong negotiation skills for client/vendor interactions
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and GL audits
- Optional: I-CAR certification or similar credentials
