Overview
CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with our respected client in Monmouth County, NJ, to identify a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administrator
. This individual will provide essential support for the operational, administrative, and basic accounting functions of a growing residential real estate portfolio. Key functions include facilitating effective communication with tenants and vendors, maintaining accurate records, assisting with the implementation and management of property management software, and supporting financial transactions.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries and requests
- Onboard new tenants and maintain up-to-date property and tenant records
- Coordinate maintenance and utility services with external vendors
- Assist with the setup, administration, and optimization of our property management system (Re-Leased)
- Process invoices, track expenses, and support bill payments
- Help maintain organized financial and operational records for reporting and audits
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property administration, operations, or accounting support
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with financial data and property management systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $49K-52K, plus overtime
