Locations Hiring:

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client quality of care
  • Staff all open schedules for client care
  • Coordinate care services and scheduling with clients, case managers, and CHHA employees
  • Attend daily morning meetings
  • Ensure good quality day-to-day operations
  • Monitor that client care services are provided per the assigned schedules
  • Oversee client authorization for services are in place and current
  • Recruit and complete onboarding process for new employees
  • Complete day-to-day office filing and tasks as needed

    • Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience working in a home healthcare, staffing, or recruiting setting
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Spanish is preferred
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, email, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to make high volume outbound calls and answer high volume inbound calls
