We are excited to announce that in partnership with a global leader in diabetes care, we are currently looking for Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to join our team. This role promotes products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space and is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecasts and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio. The role involves establishing mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted products, and coordinating sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in the assigned territory.

• Deliver accurate product information, features/benefits and recommended utilization to healthcare professionals by phone
• Demonstrate advanced listening and decision-making skills
• Convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner in real-time
• Accept and apply coaching and feedback to improve performance and customer experience
• Handle multiple tasks, actively listen to caller needs, navigate the CRM, and provide accurate information on requested topics
• Maintain high work ethic, reliability, and punctuality in reporting for scheduled work
• Be flexible to meet fluctuating business needs

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience
• Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience preferred
• Endocrinology/Diabetes experience preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

The potential base pay range for this role is $32-$33 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, education, experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Depending on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare benefits.
