Job SummaryA Shift Support Manager works directly with the General Manager to coach and lead staff and operations during shifts. The manager ensures that customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience and that the team meets McDonald’s standards for quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability.
Responsibilities- Plan and monitor shift activities.
- Ensure crew and managers adhere to quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to provide a smooth hand‑over.
- Help departments meet their targets.
- Food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, scheduling, and training.
