Receiving Warehouse Associate

As a member of our Receiving team, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries, verifying received materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and organizing stock for easy accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

* Unload delivery trucks, including flatbeds in the yard and van loads at the dock.

* Complete receiving processes in Bis Track (ERP system), including matching deliveries to purchase orders, noting discrepancies or damages, and scanning paperwork.

* Transfer materials from staging areas to designated warehouse locations.

* Conduct cycle counts per the defined schedule to maintain inventory accuracy.

* Maintain warehouse organization by labeling and sorting materials appropriately in both physical and digital systems.

* Collaborate with production teams to assess and adjust stock levels as needed.

* Follow all safety and ergonomic guidelines to promote a secure working environment.

* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Receiving and Inventory Lead.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

* Ability to operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up) and Combi-lift equipment.

* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

* Prior experience in a receiving or warehouse role.

* Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.

* Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments.

* Reliable work history with a strong attendance record.

* Flexibility to work overtime as required.

* Awareness of ergonomic best practices and commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements:

Heavy Lifting:
Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

Standing/Walking:
Frequent movement between storage areas and loading docks (up to 8-10 hours/day)

Physical Endurance:
Work in the warehouse and sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions, and frequently bend, twist, and reach overhead..

Additional Requirements:

* Must be 18 years or older

* Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and health and physical evaluation.
