Atlantic Tire Distributors is currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager – Night Shift to join our team in Ridgeville, SC location.

Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Manager - Night Shift to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers the ability to join one of the most successful, respected, and growing companies in the tire industry.

Starting Salary
$55,000-$60,000.00 base/year dependent on experience.

* This does not include the KPI (key performance indicator) based profit share program of monthly performance bonuses that will be in addition to your base salary that can equate to an extra $10,000.00 +/- per year in addition to your base salary.

Hours
Monday – Friday, 12am-8:30am or until job complete. Hours may require an earlier starting time based on need. Enjoy your weekends off!

Essential Tasks And Responsibilities

• Oversight of operations including receiving, stocking, and distribution of all inbound and outbound products.
• Manage all functions within the warehouse or pertaining to delivery.
• Orientation and training of new warehouse associates.
• Oversee and manage all in-service training of existing warehouse associates.
• Conduct spot audits on accuracy of orders picked as they are being loaded into trucks for outbound deliveries.
• Communicate with all other company departments to ensure good information flow.
• Train new associates in the operation of order pickers and forklifts by conducting a company certification session.
• Keep all other associates on task and motivated during the shift.
• Conduct coaching sessions and write-ups for associates under your purview.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Ability to motivate and inspire others to carry out assigned tasks
• Knowledge of product flow within a distribution environment
• Experience with current software, methods, tools and equipment (including technology) used in distribution operations
• Ability to carry out oral and written instructions and communicate clearly
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Minimum of 1-year management experience
• Education:
  
  Minimum High School diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license
