HWY Express is hiring CDL A drivers for a dedicated regional retail delivery program operating throughout the southeastern United States. This position is structured for drivers seeking consistent routing, defined territories, and scheduled weekend home time.

This fleet services retail store locations across Northern Florida, Eastern Georgia, South Carolina, and Southern North Carolina. Freight is 100% no-touch. Routes are preplanned within established regional lanes to support predictable dispatch flow and consistent weekly activity.

Weekly pay is $1,250–$1,450. Drivers are paid 77 CPM with additional stop compensation following the first delivery. Short‑haul routes under 50 miles are compensated at $45, and routes under 150 miles are compensated at $35. A $1,000 orientation payment is issued upon successful completion of onboarding requirements.
Holiday assignments for designated federal holidays include an additional $100 per covered day.

• International LT tractors with 71‑inch sleepers
• Equipment maintained under three years old

• Dry van trailers supported through Penske maintenance

Tractors are assigned to promote operational consistency. Maintenance coordination is structured to reduce downtime and maintain revenue continuity.

Medical coverage options become available after 60 days of employment, including multiple plan selections and prescription assistance. A 401(k) retirement savings program with company match eligibility begins after 30 days. Company‑paid life insurance coverage of $25,000 is provided. Paid vacation eligibility begins after one year of service.

Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum six months of recent experience in regional, local ELD‑compliant, or OTR operations.
Must meet DOT regulatory standards.

This dedicated retail account operates within defined regional territories with structured weekend home scheduling. Freight partnerships are established and lane assignments are consistent, allowing drivers to operate within predictable routing patterns rather than irregular long‑haul dispatch cycles.
