Maintenance Supervisor

Warehouse Services is seeking full-time Maintenance Supervisor at a distribution center in the Woodruff Area!

• Develop, implement, monitor, evaluate and supervise the operations of facility maintenance.
• Review work to be performed and identify resources necessary to complete the work.
• Ensure that all forklift equipment is operating properly and safely.
• Ensure maintenance tasks throughout the facilities are assigned and completed according to schedule.
• Responsible for the inspection and repair of doors, dock plates, conveyors and additional equipment.
• Responsible for inspecting building and grounds and performing general building maintenance including dock levelers, racking, HVAC and lighting.
• Maintains forklift, transportation fleet and building maintenance operational history by initiating and updating records.
• Maintains safe work environment.
• Train and develop a skilled maintenance team.
• Conducts annual reviews of maintenance team.
• Approve hourly personnel time in UKG daily.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

• Experience leading Maintenance Team
• Experience with various types of Material Handling equipment including Forklifts, Order pickers, Clamp trucks
• Building Maintenance experience including Lighting, HVAC, dock doors, dock levelers
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Technical courses and training a plus
• Ability to support operation on any shift as necessary
