As a Delivery Expert, you are the mechanism for delivering fast and delicious pizzas to our customers. Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency are essential. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Must possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate diverse terrain including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze data, and make timely, ethical decisions.
• Willingness to take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
• Ability to perform basic math and make correct monetary change; may use a calculator.
• Comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-pedal.

Daily tasks are performed from a standing position. The role includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

• Walking on ceramic tile and linoleum floors; work surfaces typically between standing heights.
• Bulk product deliveries two to three times per week, requiring unloading; ingredients and supplies may weigh up to 50 pounds and require lifting.
• Crouching, stooping, bending, or stairs may be required occasionally.
• Hand-eye coordination required for shaping dough, handling pizza tools, and packaging.

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards
