Courier Driver (Independent Contractor) – Cargo Van

Dash Courier & Logistics is looking for independent contract couriers who own and drive a late‑model Small Cargo Van, Regular Cargo Van, or Sprinter Van. As an independent contractor you can set your own schedule and run your own small business. Pay varies with the number of jobs completed.

Support major medical facilities and other industries with same‑day rush deliveries of critical packages. Most work is on‑demand—orders are called in and delivered the same day. Occasional scheduled work may be available. The company operates 24/7/365 and needs drivers with open and consistent availability (8+ hours per day) who pay close attention to detail.

• Deliver time‑critical packages on the same day to clients across the region.
• Maintain accurate records and follow client‑specific instructions.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to provide updates.
• Follow all safety and regulatory requirements.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Social security card or proof of citizenship.
• Current vehicle registration for the van you will be driving.
• Vehicle insurance declaration page showing minimum liability limits of $100K/$300K/$50K per accident.
• Smartphone with GPS capability.
• Good motor‑vehicle report and successful background check.
• Experience with same‑day, local, and long‑distance delivery (preferred).
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• No felonies or DUI’s in the past 7 years.

All hours (24/7/365). Expected hours: 10–40 per week.

Pay: $42,663 – $51,141 per year (direct‑deposit).
