The Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing all pool operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for members, guests, and staff. This role includes managing pool staff, maintaining high service standards, enforcing safety protocols, and overseeing poolside food and beverage service. The Pool Manager collaborates with club leadership to develop and execute programming, special events, and operational improvements.
This is a seasonal role from May 1st to September 7th.

Tact and good judgment are especially beneficial characteristics. This person must also possess the knowledge, skill, and ability to carry out the job responsibilities. - Previous experience in pool management, recreation management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Knowledge of pool safety regulations, lifeguard procedures, and health codes.
- Experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.
- CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification required (or ability to obtain before the start of the season).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
